About LOCAL Pizza Review and Referal

Mission We will provide fair reviews for local "Home Grown / Mom and Pop" pizza shops.

Description Pizza is without question a versatile food. The smallest adjustment to classic ingredients can make or break a pie. As pizza lovers, we will work together to review all "Home Grown / Mom and Pop" pizza shops in the Columbus, Ohio area (Columbus, Grove City, Galloway, Hilliard, Reynoldsburg, etc...)

We will start with the traditional, Pep and Cheese. We will also review the shop's "signature" pizza. Each pizza will be weighed on the following categories (10 points max):

Crust (Thin, Thick, Hand Tossed, Pan, Deep Dish)

Sauce (Sweet, traditional, spicy, sweet and spicy)

Cheese (Too much cheese, too little cheese)

Toppings (Too many ingredients, too few ingredients)

The Next Day Factor (How does the pizza hold up the next day?)
